Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting has partnered successfully with BSI for many years to create growing, profitable global tax research products and over time, has increasingly expanded that relationship as Wolters Kluwer has strategically grown its footprint in the corporate market, including the new CCH Integrator suite for MNCs. Why is BSI being sold to CCH?

Since 2008, BSI and Wolters Kluwer have worked as partners to create growing, profitable global tax research products and over time, have increasingly expanded that successful relationship as Wolters Kluwer has strategically grown its footprint in the corporate market, including the new CCH Integrator suite for MNCs.

As BSI looked to grow the business further and secure its long-term future, it wanted to do so through the sale of the business to an international company having the capability and desire to invest in significant new product development. Based on this and BSI’s existing successful partnership relationship with Wolters Kluwer, BSI identified Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting as the most attractive provider to align with.

What are the immediate plans for BSI services?

BSI services will now be offered by CCH. Additionally, BSI will continue providing some or all of the content for many CCH international tax libraries and products, including IntelliConnect and CCH Integrator. CCH also plans to invest to offer expanded new offerings, including enhanced current offerings, and creating new products.
