This CCH Learning Center Course, AICPA Code of Professional
Conduct, is an ethics course focused on the guidance provided
to CPAs by the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.

Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
Define the general aspects of professional ethics and their value in
today’s business environment.

starting with the principles and drilling down to many of the rules
