Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Define the general aspects of professional ethics and their value in today’s business environment.
  • Understand the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, starting with the principles and drilling down to many of the rules and interpretations relating to some of the issues more frequently encountered by CPAs both in practice and in industry.
  • Identify the process by which the AICPA works to manage the Code of Professional Conduct in order to make it effective, relevant, and timely.
