With Project Management, you can treat your small projects with the same attention to detail as you give your large projects. You can easily consolidate, organize, store and retrieve information, which eliminates the need for multiple databases. Project Management will streamline your processes and save your company so much time, you’ll wonder how you ever got along without it. It lets you:

  • Generate standard reports in detail and summary format and create custom reports with the internal Report Writer.
  • Define report information and export to other software or save to Adobe® PDF.
  • Create and track project status, due dates and extension dates based on company or entity information.
  • Initiate projects from an internal forms library or add customized forms such as SEC reporting to your company’s library.
  • Choose from up to 250 custom fields for each entity, project or employee and generate user-defined reports on any custom field.
  • Simplify due date monitoring with statutory due dates or extension dates within the Tax Forms library.
  • Save custom views and share them with other staff members, if needed. You may also restrict them for personal use.
  • Configure proactive notifications by email to automatically alert management of pending, completed or missed milestones or budgets. This enables remote monitoring while away from the office.
  • Update multiple fields in multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Copy projects based on user-defined criteria, including group, assignments or entity.
  • Select individual projects or groups of projects for rollover.
  • Contact information can be linked with Microsoft® Outlook® and updated as changes are made in Project Management company records.
