About the co-authors, Dominic Daher, Joshua Rosenberg and Steve Johnson: Daher is the director of internal audit and tax compliance at the University of San Francisco, where he is an adjunct professor at the School of Business and Professional Studies and the School of Law. Rosenberg, a law professor at the University of San Francisco, has co-authored textbooks on corporate tax and partnership tax, and has been an ADR advisor to state and federal courts. Johnson, a former attorney with the IRS Chief Counsel’s Office, has taught tax law at several state universities. He is an associate editor of the ABA Section of Taxation News Quarterly and a featured columnist for State Tax Notes, a weekly magazine published by Tax Analysts.
