During the past several years, different proposals have been advanced to change the rules regarding worker classification. Wiggins summarizes existing worker classification rules, explores the many problems caused by inadvertent and deliberate worker misclassification, the consequences of misclassifying workers, and reviews and analyzes proposals to change existing rules.
