If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a paperback book, simply return it within 30 days along with your invoice or packing slip and we will credit the full amount of your purchase.
You have the right to return any new edition or supplement sent to you on a standing order basis by simply returning it within 30 days of the invoice date, but you will need to request for an RMA - Return Material Authorization label first.
If you do not return any new editions or supplements sent to you on standing order titles by the end of the 30-day period, you are responsible for paying the full invoice. If a standing order shipment has multiple titles, you may choose to keep some titles but not others. To cancel a standing order, you can call our Books Team at 1-800-248-3248, or use the Standing Orders self-service tool in My Account located on support.cch.com.
Our 30-day guarantee is applicable on quantities of less than 50 copies that have not been ordered with custom imprinting. All returns must be in unused, unmarked, like-new condition and sent to:

If you are unable to attend a webinar, you may cancel up to the scheduled time of the event and receive a full refund. When cancelling an individual webinar purchased with discounted bundle pricing, your original savings will be forfeited. Refunds for a webinar will not be given for no shows. As an alternative to a refund, you can substitute a registration for a future live webinar.
In the rare event that a webinar is cancelled or postponed due to unanticipated circumstances, registrants will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to either transfer their registration to another webinar or obtain a refund.
Unlimited Webinar Packages can be cancelled and fully refunded within thirty (30) days of date of purchase provided that you have not registered for more than one (1) program using the Unlimited Package. There are no refunds after the thirty (30) day period or after more than one (1) program registration.
The Unlimited Webinar Pass cannot be cancelled once the user has attended more than one webinar.
Individual Web-based Self-Study Courses:
If you are not satisfied with a self-study course you have purchased, we will provide a full refund if the course has not been completed and a certificate of completion has not been awarded. Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of purchase. No CPE credit will be earned for returned courses.
Web-based Self-Study Bundles and Subscriptions:
Self-study bundles or subscriptions can be cancelled and fully refunded within thirty (30) days of date of purchase, provided that you have not completed any courses within that subscription or bundle. No refund will be provided after this thirty (30) day period or once a course has been completed and a certificate of completion awarded.
Print CPE Courses:
For print courses, we will provide a full refund to you if you are not satisfied with a self-study course, provided you return the course with no mark ups and in good condition within thirty (30) days of purchase.
