How do I get my handouts for a webinar?

You will receive an email — typically the day before your program — that will include a link to download a .pdf document of your program materials. Click on that link to download the materials. You can also download the materials during the program by clicking on the "Documents" link at the bottom of the omNovia screen.

I can't access today’s program—what do I do?

Please double check your instructions email to make sure you are accessing the correct program and that your computer is properly set up. If you’re still unable to access after double checking your instructions and confirming that you’re trying to access the right program, please call customer service at (800) 775-7654.

I can't hear the presenter real well, what should I do?

Please double check your connection instructions that you received by email to make sure you have all of the proper equipment installed and working on your computer. Make sure you have the volume turned all the way up on both your computer’s control panel and the omNovia control panel. If you continue to have audio issues, it could be a connection issue at your location. Please follow the instructions for accessing our telephone dial-in option that are included in your program connection instruction emails. You’ll have a code number in those instructions that you’ll need to use when you dial in to receive the audio over the phone.

Is there a dial-in number provided?

Yes, we always offer the option to dial in via your phone for the audio of our programs. Please refer to the emailed connection instructions that are sent prior to your program for the dial-in number, a passcode and instructions.

What do I do if I've lost my program instructions?

Please double check to make sure the instructions email isn't in your spam folder. If that's not the case, call Customer Service at (800) 775-7654 to have your connection instructions email resent. You may also send an email to custserv@krm.com.

What if I'm unable to participate in a program I've registered for?

If you are unable to participate in a program, please contact Customer Service at custserv@krm.com or call (800) 775-7654. You can have your registration switched to an audio CD or CD-ROM version of your program or you may have it switched to another person within your organization. Customer Service will be glad to help you with this situation.

Where do I find the link to join the program?

The link to join the program is in the email that is sent to you on the day prior to the program along with the handout materials download link. If you can’t find that email, please contact custserv@krm.com or call (800) 775-7654 to have the email resent to you.

Who do I call if I'm having a problem?

Customer Service reps are prepared to deal with any technical issues you may have before or during the program. Please call 800-775-7654. They can help you with registration questions, technical issues, lost registration information or any other problem you may encounter.
